What does your program offer?

It provides social, recreational and educational activities as well as caregiving for activities of daily living. We ensure all needs are met on an individual basis while in our program."
How can I get involved?

What are your fees?
"We are pleased to provide a program at an affordable rate. We have Full Time, Part Time & Drop-Off Services. All activities, supplies and meals are included in the hourly fee. Please contact Village House for the current fee schedule."
If I were to Donate funds, how is my money used?
"Village House is a non-profit program, operating on low hourly participant fees and community, individual donations. All donations are used for program funding directly for our participants and operational needs of the facility."
What is your attendance policy?
"Village House is a planned and supervised program. Upon admission you will choose an attendance plan that works best for you and we believe this a benefit to caregivers regarding schedules, appointments and last minute needs. You are welcome to attend at any time during our operating hours, however we do ask for 24 hour notification of attendance with our Drop-Off Service.
Do you offer medical care?
"Village House does offer activities of daily living. We do not provide Skilled Nursing Care, but can assist with toileting, feeding, medication reminders, ambulation and safety precautions." All of our Direct Care Staff maintain certification in health care and CPR.
What is your staffing ratio?
"Village House staffing is based on participant daily requirements. We employ certified nursing assistants for direct care, and our ratio is 5:1. State requirements are 8:1, and we choose to provide smaller ratios for comfort and safety. We also have a large volunteer program, who are scheduled daily for companionship and supervision."
